Our Story

We have always been builders. Starting at age six or seven, we built forts, treehouses, and lean-tos with logs and bark. As we got older, we helped our dad build houses. We learned to pay attention to details, frame within 1/16", and respect our work. We aimed to do our best, no matter the task.

 

In 2017, Jared, our founder, bought a local log home maintenance business when the owner retired. To learn maintenance practices, Jared took Sashco's Zero Failures class, a top course for log home care. After years of working in maintenance, we saw that many log homes were not built correctly. This poor design led to quicker deterioration from weather effects.

It frustrated us that our refinishing work needed to be redone sooner than expected. So, we decided to build our own log homes. We studied under world-class masters to learn the art of crafting custom, handcrafted log homes. Now, we proudly serve clients across the Western United States.
